Jeffery Liu co-founded Assort Health in 2023 to replace the hold music, the 35 minutes a patient waits just to book an appointment. Assort was named to the Disruptors 60 Class of 2025 and closed a $120 million Series C in June at a $1.2 billion valuation, nine months after its Series B. Greenfield growth investor Olivia Levine sat down with him to talk through what Jeff calls healthcare that remembers: agents that carry a patient's context from the first phone call through everything downstream of it.
